Resolution 399 (1976) of 1 December 1976
The Security Council,

Having examined the application of Western Samoa for admission to the United Nations,
Recommends to the General Assembly that Western Samoa be admitted to membership in the United Nations.

Adopted unanimously at the 1977th meeting.
